In addition to fixing problems, we can offer advice, show you how to use a program on your computer, consult on a purchase that you’re considering, and much more.
We handle viruses a little differently than our standard support option. Instead of charging per hour for virus removals (which can take anywhere from one to several hours), we charge a one-time flat-rate. You can learn more about this option here.
If you’re new to remote support, don’t worry, it’s very easy! We’ll ask you to visit our secure connection page where you’ll be prompted to start a support session. Next, we’ll get the connection started and begin troubleshooting. You are free to stay on the phone with us during the session or if you’d like, we can give you a call after everything is wrapped up.
